Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the one hand, the location is excellent with easy access to shops and restaurants, and the staff, especially the guest relations team, were incredibly helpful and kind. However, I faced serious issues with the bungalow I was given, specifically the lack of hot water which persisted despite multiple complaints. The management’s response to my situation was disappointing and left me feeling unwelcome during my stay.
My stay was quite a mix of experiences. While the hotel has some beautiful amenities and the surrounding area is lovely, there were significant issues with service and room conditions. We had a great time enjoying the beach and diving, but the lack of hot water and the initial room situation put a damper on things. Overall, it was a decent trip, but improvements are definitely needed.
I just came back from a two-week stay at GBHotel, and overall, I had a really nice time. The staff was welcoming, and I appreciated the buffet breakfast, especially the salads and baked goods. The location is perfect for exploring Naama Bay with its many restaurants and the quiet pool area was a great escape. However, the beach was a bit noisy for my liking, and there were some concerns about the dining options during my friend's visit. But my experience was quite positive.
